We accept EFTPOS and all major credit cards. Please bring your private health insurance card and any referral letters or records from your dentist. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the medical history form.
Dr Kothari was very patient and caring with me, treated me with a lot of respect and gentleness besides being professional, attentive, sensitive, elegant and very thoughtful in your approach, to meet my sensitive and complex health situation, and created the best solution for my mouth. You have a very good bedside manner, you have a great positive energy with thought for solutions and nothing is impossible.
